Kdrama Review: Single’s Inferno 3
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Main Genre: Reality Show
By far, the best season so far! We got multiple changes in the format of the show and the characters this time really kept things really interesting! I sped this one up the least because I really couldn’t tell who was gonna end up with who and I love trying to guess and see if I’m right. Point is, this one was such a fun season with characters that will keep you guessing.
This is a SEMI-SPOILER reviewer.

Synopsis:
A bunch of single people are stranded on an island with not the most comfortable living conditions. The only way they can go to “Paradise”, which is a very luxurious hotel, is if they go together as a couple.
Review:
I don’t want to ruin the experience of watching this yourself for the first time, so I’ll be more on the vague side.
When I started the first episode, I expected this season to be boring due to the amount of people introduced, but I was so wrong in multiple ways. There was quite a twist I did not expect, but it definitely made things much more interesting.
The characters were really something this time 😂. The girls were all so extra-determined and feisty. They were so unapologetically straight-forward and honest. They were also scary when they needed to be like during games. They showed absolutely no mercy. Then we got the star of the show, Gwan-hee. He really carried this show with his pure heart but unable to help being swayed by every little thing. He kept on bouncing between girls like a ball. If one girl looked at him extra sweetly, he’d lean towards her, forgetting about the last girl. He kept us guessing until the very end.
The games were for the most part not too different from the last two seasons, but the characters’ aggressiveness and no-mercy mindset had me on the edge of my seat. And whenever the girls who liked the same guy went against each other, those games were filled with loads of tension.
Inferno was always way more fun for me to watch, especially when everyone was together because seeing the characters’ dynamics and if they had any chemistry was fun. Though, this time, it was even more entertaining because of the side-eyes and glares the characters passed.
REST OF THE REVIEW HAS SOME FORM OF SPOILERS
Just a friendly reminder, these are simply my OPINIONS
My favorite female character overall: Yun Ha-jeong/Choi Hye-soon
Love how mature and collected these two were. They understood Gwan-hee inside out and knew their worth.
My favorite male character overall: Choi Min-woo
He was so innocent, unproblematic, and cute.
My favorite couple overall: Choi Min-woo and Yu Si-eun
These two were so cute and ended up together even though they didn’t go to paradise once together.
2nd favorite couple overall: Lee Gwan-hee and Choi Hye-soon
They circled back around to each other and I felt like she could handle Gwan-hee.
My favorite “almost was” couple: Lee Gwan-hee and Yun Ha-jeong
I couldn’t decide between these two girls for Gwan-hee, I felt like they both would’ve been a good match.
The most good looking girl: Kim Gyu-ri
I never really liked her personality and vibes she gave off, but I can’t deny she was the prettiest.
The most good looking guy: Lee Jin-seok
The girl with the best personality: Yun ha-jeong
She was so straight-forward and the comments she would make throughout the show were always spot-on.
The guy with the best personality: Lee Jin-seok
He was so cute and soft-hearted but also a bit of a tease.
The girl I disliked the most: Kim Gru-ri
She always seemed a bit…weird? A lot of the time, it felt as if she wouldn’t act the same way but would always change her personality and the way she behaved based on the situations.
The guy I disliked the most: Son Won-ik
I didn’t really dislike him as much as it was that I thought the other guys were better.
